PVC Janitor Cart Bag Audit

Some work had already begun on PVC janitor cart bags when I joined the Rubbermaid Commercial Products team. It had been discovered, however, there were some discrepancies in the drawings and materials from different suppliers. I was tasked with auditing all PVC bags, understanding the customer needs, and developing brand new test methods and product performance specifications. 

After getting samples of all the bags from around the world, all the documentation was updated and changes implemented so everything would be the same. Samples were verified and portfolio optimized. It was a rewarding project and I learned a lot about textiles and the world of commercial cleaning.
